LICHTZEITPEGEL
Design Horst H. Baumann 1981.
The LICHTZEITPEGEL represents the worlds largest decimal time scale (Guinness Book) run by DCF 77 time signal from PTB Braunschweig.
It was inaugurated on Nov. 24, 1981.
The WORLDTIMEFOYER (entrance level of the tower) was opened
April 1, 1982.
